All sales are final! We do however want to make sure that you have a positive shopping experience with us, so if there is an issue where the incorrect item was received, the description does not accurately match the item, or your item was damaged in shipment, please reach out to us via IG (@glitter_city_style) or email info@glittercitystyle.com ASAP (within 48 hours of receipt) so we can resolve the issue for you.

Items will be shipped either by USPS or UPS, selecting the most cost effective option with tracking information. Tracking info will be provided upon shipment, via the email you provided at check out. If you are local to Worcester and would prefer to pickup your items, please contact us via IG (@glitter_city_style) or email info@glittercitystyle.com with your order information and we will do our best to accommodate. If you've already paid for shipping and we end up coordinating local pickup, shipping costs will be refunded! We want to make sure that your bridal purchase is the perfect fit for you as well, so for bridal items where you are unsure of sizing (like gowns or suiting), we encourage anyone local to New England to reach out with the item info and schedule time to try on in person. IG- @glitter_city_style EMAIL- info@glittercitystyle.com We do our best to provide measurements of items, so that you can make an educated decision in the event you're unable to try on in person. If you're unsure of your measurements, don't guess! We live in a society based on vanity sizing, so your street size isn't at all comparable to your actual measurements (ie: Size 32 jeans doesn't mean a 32" waist). Your street size also isn't how special occasion items are sized. Youtube has lots of great resources to show you how to take your measurements, like the one we've embedded below. Make sure you have a friend nearby to take your measurements with a fabric tape measure, as taking your own measurements when you're new to this is dicey AF. 😬 If buying online based on measurements, make sure your measurements have been taken while wearing any undergarments you plan to wear day of, like a strapless bra, binder, padding, prosthetics, shapewear, etc. If you've already chosen shoes for your day, make sure you are wearing them when your length measurements are taken. Don't forget that no vintage gown or suit is made to your specific measurements, so an EXPERIENCED bridal seamstress or tailor is key to getting the perfect fit! Every tailor or seamstress is not going to be appropriate to do bridal alterations, depending on your gown. Basic dresses shouldn't be an issue, however more traditional gowns or items with intricate detailing like beading and lace should be reserved for a professional experienced with those materials (and duh, make sure they have solid reviews- ask around!)

Remember that the most important aspect of crafting your personal style is how you FEEL in an item, not a bullshit number or letter on a tag. "Sizes" are like monopoly money, they are FAKE! Besides, everyone has different opinions on how loose or tight to wear something. So, don't sweat the size if it's not the right fit. (For example, if a shoe fits weird you have no problem saying there's something wrong with the shoe. So if the dress or pants don't fit, the problem isn't your body! Those stupid pants didn't deserve your hot SKANK ass anyways!😏) If you need help determining your measurements, YouTube has lots of great tutorials (we link one below!) or you can reach out via socials and we'll be happy to do a video call to walk you through the measurement process. Terms and Conditions of Purchase: All items and their condition have been represented as accurately and fully to the best of our ability. As such, all items are sold as-is and all sales are final. However, if you feel an item was not represented accurately online, receive a different item than you ordered or your item was damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP so we can resolve the issue for you and ensure you have a positive experience. Glitter City STYLE LLC reserves the right to deny any exchange, return, etc based on business need or if fraudulent or repetitive claims are suspected.

We update our inventory all the time, however sizing and styles are fully dependent on what is available in the market. That being said, we are always open to having one on one conversations about what you had in mind, and we can work with our resources to find a gown or suiting in an appropriate size/style and embellish it will the colors you had in mind!
